We believe that to work with you effectively, your assistant or secretary must know you and your business extremely well. To this end, our assistants all carry out our full range of services including taking calls. You will be assigned only three of them so that they get to know you, your business and your customers inside out and become an extension of you and your existing team. (We assign three so that cover is always in place in case of holiday or illness).

A robust record of meetings and appointments written up by an independent third party can be extremely valuable. Not only can they avoid conflict or uncertainty, but they can also serve as a rich repository of data to be mined in the future.
Taking calls and scheduling in appointments with clients and prospective clients while you’re on the road or already at an appointment is difficult at best and if you’re on the road or tools, potentially dangerous. Our team work closely with our clients to understand what’s best for them in terms of what sort of appointments are best at what time of day and use mapping software and a good dose of common sense to ensure multiple appointments are not booked in totally different places.
We started our email management service when one of our clients confessed to us he was working all day and taking his laptop to his bedroom at night. He knew he would inevitably wake up worrying about work and he would catch up and send a few emails in the small hours to make himself feel better. Not only was this bad for his health, but his clients must also have wondered why emails were being sent at 3am..!

The importance of a company’s list (of customers) is widely understood but keeping that list up to date, tidy and compliant with legislation is not easy. Using the right CRM for your business is imperative as is not paying way over the odds for an expensive solution that is unnecessarily (even detrimentally) complex for your organisation. We can do as much as help you migrate CRM’s from one to another and cleanse your data in the process or just carry out regular maintenance checking for duplicates or junk data so you can be sure the statistics you’re analysing for your campaigns is valid and meaningful. Data entry can be tedious, there’s no two-ways about that. In the Delocate office, however, we have an emergency chocolate supply that can only be raided when someone has a data-entry task to do.
